PHILOSOPHY
Business is booming for qualified technicians who do what they promise,
keeping the customer's perspective in mind. Your good will and
word-of-mouth advertising is more important than a quick profit. My concern
is that anything I recommend will be appropriate to your piano and to your
needs. As a result, I service pianos for over 2000 people all over New
England.
CHEAP QUOTES CAN BECOME NASTY SURPRISES
Cheap things cost more... Like everything in life, price alone does not
reflect the whole story when deciding on value. Our approach is
consultative/diagnostic versus peddling the cheapest thing just to get a
customer. Cheap quotes turn into nasty surprises once you are committed to
a certain course of action. Our prices reflect typical real situations
encountered in the New England states, and "your mileage will vary", with
effective climate control.

INSPECTION OPTIONS
Piano Inspection
$75 Onsite inspection with verbal work estimate and advice.
In some cases, the piano is beyond hope of reasonably affordable work.
This inspection fee covers my time and expense. You get expert advice
on options, before
making an uniformed decision regarding work on a particular piano. If
the quoted work is begun at the same time as the inspection appointment,
this fee is waived.
